The app
What is Civique : Examen & Quiz?
A practice app for the French civics exam on iPhone, iPad and Android: illustrated quizzes, 40-question mock exams, flashcards, a study calendar, explanations with their sources.
Is it the State's official app?
No. It is an independent practice tool, not published by the French State. The questions are original: they are not the real exam questions. The app does not guarantee that you will pass the exam.
Do I need an Internet connection?
Not to study: questions, explanations, exams, cards and calendar are included. The network is only used to check the list of official texts (if that feature is on) and for purchases.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone and iPad on iOS 17 or later; Android phones and tablets on Android 8.0 or later.
Plans, purchases and subscriptions
What is free?
Basic practice, a first full mock exam, progress tracking, the Pomodoro timer, a preview of the calendar, 10 trial flashcards and the basic badges. See the pricing.
How much does Premium cost?
Indicative prices for France: €4.99 per month, €9.99 for 3 months (renewing), €19.99 as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price the store shows before purchase prevails.
Do subscriptions renew?
Yes, the monthly and the 3-month subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The lifetime purchase is paid once.
How do I cancel?
In your account, not in the app: Apple settings (Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments and subscriptions), at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
How do I restore my purchase?

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. See the refund policy.
