2. Plans and prices

The app can be used free of charge within the limits of the Free plan (basic practice, one free mock exam, progress tracking, Pomodoro timer, calendar preview, trial flashcards, basic badges, list of official texts). The paid plan Premium unlocks all questions, unlimited mock exams, illustrated quizzes, the full calendar, flashcards and all badges. An Ultimate plan is planned: it is not on sale at this time.

Premium can be bought in three ways:

Indicative prices for France are on the Pricing page. The applicable price is the one the store (App Store or Google Play) displays before purchase, in your currency, including taxes where the store includes them. It may vary by country. No free trial turns into a subscription without your action.

3. Order and payment

Purchases are concluded and invoiced by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on your device. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The publisher receives neither your payment details nor your identity.

4. Automatic renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically, every month for the monthly subscription and every three months for the 3-month subscription, at the price the store displays, until you cancel it. Cancellation is done in your account, not in the app: on iPhone and iPad, in your Apple account settings (Subscriptions); on Android, in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions). Do it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, otherwise the subscription renews. You keep access until the end of the paid period. The app's "Plans and prices" screen links to your store's management page.

When a cancelled period ends, Premium access stops and the Free plan applies again. The lifetime purchase is paid once: there is nothing to cancel.

5. Delivery and restoring purchases

Paid features are digital content, available as soon as the store confirms the purchase. Your plan is tied to your Apple or Google account, not to an account with the publisher. To get it back after a reinstall or on a new device, use "Restore purchases" in the app, signed in to the same account as at purchase (an Internet connection is required). A store does not recognise purchases made on the other: an App Store purchase is not found on Android, and the other way round. Your progress stays on the device and is not transferred.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

See the refund policy, which details the 14-day period and the exception for digital content whose supply has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

7. Statutory guarantees

Consumers benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity applicable to digital content (articles L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), independently of any commercial guarantee.

8. Changes to features and prices

The features included in each plan may change. Price changes for subscriptions in progress are communicated under the store's rules, which may require your consent for the subscription to continue.

9. No promise of results

Buying a paid plan does not guarantee that you will pass the exam: the app is an independent practice tool, not published by the State.

10. Governing law, disputes, mediation

French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence. In case of difficulty, write first to contact@isquare.digital. Every consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge. Isquare has not yet appointed a mediator: the mediator's contact details will be published on this page once appointed. EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
